New to me, a sack arrived, that I have to add a  couple of my items to and tie up and take to the post office. They are trialing something new as I am then going to be offered a survey on my opinion of the process.

I got an email asking me to participate in this.  They are looking it at it as an alternative to posting the cubes at the Post Office.  Instead of queing up to buy an APL you will use the PPI / sack service and drop the sack at the Post Office.
I didn't like the idea of having to be in / at home to receive the sack nor the idea of having to take the sack to the Post Office as it's bulkier.

Where do the PPIs come from ?
Included like stamps or do you print your own?

You get everything sent to you.
    In my case
    • a cube
    • a medium parcel
    • two PPI labels
    • a sack
    • two tag labels (in case you make a mistake)
    • two cable ties
    • an A4 sheet with the details on it to hand to the Post Office
So you make up the cube and parcel as normal adding sticker and RFID, then address it and add the PPI label. Put them in the sack and put two codes from the A4 sheet on the tag label and thread it onto the cable tie, and tie it up.
It isn't heavy obviously but it is bulky, but I got it into a Bag For LIfe so not too bad.
I queued for a little while but it was 3pm so to be expected, and I just handed both the bag and the sheet to the assistant. She didn't ask me anything or scan anything, or give me a receipt or anything, so I just assume that she knows more about this kind of mail than I do.

Same for me, but I had 2 cubes. At the post office I was told to fold the sheet and slip it behind the cable tie and leave it in the parcel corner of the post office. (open for all).
You then enter the data for the 2 items on your app as usual.
Later on that day I had a survey on how the process went, worth 200 points.

My sack was supposed to be posted Friday but I hadn't received it on Thursday.  So I messaged Kantar asking what to do - no reply yet, what a surprise! I received the parcels on Friday but, as I explained to Kantar, our post arrives around lunchtime and our local post office now closes at lunchtime on Fridays (and doesn't open Saturday at all at the moment).  Think I will have to ask them to stop sending parcels as our PO has been operating on reduced hours since lockdown and its getting too awkward to post - I already have a backlog of 4 parcels, not including the PPI stuff.

I didn't write it again as it was already printed on the label and the label took up the whole of one face of the cube.
