Working absolutely fine for me.

I've had 3 separate emails regards 4 individual messages in total, each time it has been correct - 1 or 2 unread messages.
Only received a further email after another message had arrived.

Just clicked on the Messages icon on the Dashboard - which always had the same number displayed as the email said were unread - then clicked on the message(s) etc. - back to the Dashboard - now says 0 (ZERO) - no problems.

Also keep getting the 'you have unread messages' emails.
Almost every day since the new site was set-up, always at about 00.05 in the morning.
And there are no unread messages.
Very annoying.

A relative is interested, but since the new website has launched the old link to join doesn't seem to work.

I've just had a query - asked to confirm the date of receipt of 'Receiver item Rxxxx' from 2nd February! Bit daft after all this time, just clicked unsure.

I'm currently doing the correctly delivered survey alongside a stint on the main survey. It's my first time doing the correctly delivered and I have a query. Was wondering if anyone can help?

Today I've had one piece of survey post and one piece of non-survey post. Should I be logging the survey item in the correctly delivered too? (so 2 items). Or, should I ignore the survey item for the purposes of the correctly delivered? (and so log 1 item only for that?).

Hope that makes sense and any advice gratefully received.

Log everything that has your name and address on which are two items today.
