I logged on a few weeks ago and got an invitation for correctly addressed mail and a few days for unaddressed mail but on both occasion no email.

Also I did send them an email advising them that because I had been put temporary on hold I would miss out on the Easter eggs. However they agreed to send me some.

They are insisting the emails are being sent as I contacted them about it. They said that they must be going into my spam folder. I have checked this and they are not so perhaps other panellists need to inform them of the problem.

I've only seen pop-ups and not e-mails. Not a problem as I'm logging in anyway to do the Extra Long Unaddressed... I've signed up for Correctly Delivered after Easter and the option is already active - looks a bit more straightforward than previously - just click on the date and enter the details.

Just a reminder. Dont forget to check your Love2Shop expiry dates. I have just found £18 to use before 31st March 2018. Guess I am off to the shops.

Hi, I am still unable to log in. Is there an email address that I can use to contact anyone? The 'contact us' link is not working for me, I just get a 404-error message. Thank you!

I cant log in either. I have managed (finally) to use the "contact us" link but so far no reply.

help ref unaddressed mail. The kantar page says it will show up on the system when I should be starting it and it's been there a couple of weeks but the email says it wasn't due to start till 26th March. The page itself doesn't seem to show any dates at all.
Help!
