hi I have been rested for over 12mths now. I only ever did the training and was rested straight away. is this normal or did i do something wrong? I thought I may have been recalled by now as i know a lot of people are recalled straight away- or are there just no spaces in the area? I thought when I was asked to do the training it meant there were spaces but obviously not. anyway I live in hope!!

Has any one worked out what are pay rise is? How much are the monthly stamps worth now. Also has anyone had to return any smarts since we had the new website? I seem to be stockpiling them and I also seem to be getting an extra smarts return envelope a week.

I,ve just had a message to return about 5 smarts I,ve accumulated which I!!!8217;ll be doing when the postalmsystem restarts on Rueaday. I seem to have accumukated about 10 envelopes for retuen8ng smarts which ai, hang onto until.current rxtended posting and receiving survey ends and then i!!!8217;ll return all these as well although ai 8mag8nenthese are less important t9 them than extra smarts drifting around the system of which they seem to have a shortage.

In it is the NUMBER of UN-addressed items you entered for that day

FURTHERMORE ... YOU CAN CHANGE IT !

Click on the HAND and enter a number again - Click "BLUE" SUBMIT on the right to do it.

Thank you quoia I had noticed that eventually. My biggest problem is that on iPad I am completely unable to see what I am entering at the time of typing it in. Just doesn’t appear at all so I’m having to go into everything twice just to check that what I’ve done is actually what I think I’ve done iyswim.

I did also notice one day when I accidentally pressed enter too soon and had to go back in that it ‘loses’ anything else you entered that day - I had entered 2 on the hand and then went back to confirm the named item as received too and it changed my hand figure back to 0. They did tell me that I don’t need to enter again as it is already saved but that is not how it looked at all. Not confident in it. As I say I have messaged them to ask about it and they didn’t seem to have understood (which to be fair I have found previously before the new system so maybe I am not very good at explaining). Either way I won’t be signing up for undelivered again.

Also, no emails received here about messages on system either.

I'm not liking the new website at all - it doesn't work very well on my iPhone. I'm only doing the unaddressed mail survey but the site doesn't seem as clear. Perhaps I need to log on using my PC.

A book of 12 first-class stamps is now £8.04
Book of 4 large letter first-class stamps is £4.04


Previously they were worth around £11.50 for the 2 books.
