help ref unaddressed mail. The kantar page says it will show up on the system when I should be starting it and it's been there a couple of weeks but the email says it wasn't due to start till 26th March. The page itself doesn't seem to show any dates at all.
Help!
I'm currently doing the Unaddressed mail, running from 26th March to 15th April. However, looking at the site, there doesn't seem to be any indication of this. Just logging in the material which I receive.
On your screen, do you see the 'hand' symbol? You click on that and type in numbers of items received. If there is a picture and you have received item, click on that.

Yes, I've got all that. I'm just confused by their survey guide which says that the survey will appear on the week it is due to start and mine's certainly been showing up for longer than that. Maybe it's another glitch. I'll message and ask.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -

Yes I had around £10 in £1 vouchers to use up this week, I ended up in Superdrug and stocked up with toiletries that I use.0 -

There's a date drop-down above the hand and pictures - so you're supposed to click on that to select the date something arrived and then click below to say what has arrived. You don't need to do anything for a day when nothing arrives.
I find one in 3 or 4 times, the icons disappear when you select the date. So I then click on the next blue tab for "Not sure when it arrived" then back to the first blue tab to make it re-appear.I need to think of something new here...0 -
I agree with what you're saying NBLondon.
It took me a while to discover how to type in the hand symbol the number of items received. The new concept isn't very user friendly, takes a while to get used to.0 -
I’m being absolutely bombarded with letters! I’d be very surprised if the postie hasn’t rumbled me, I’ve gone from a few letters a week to hardly being able to open the front door! I had 7 yesterday and 9 today! The folder that I keep the smarts in is bulging at the seams, at this rate I’ll have hundreds!

You must be getting mine mustbemad!
Not received any mail from other panellists this week, about one a week previously. No mail to send this week, a couple the week after. I think my time on the panel must be coming to an end, though no email from TNS yet to verify this.
I am also doing Correctly delivered and Unaddressed, so am doing some post.0 -
Yes mustbemad you must be getting mine as well. I have not received any for 2 weeks.
Still sending a few though.
On another topic I accepted the invite for surveys starting on 2 April and 16 April. The invite was by the pop up and like others I did not receive an email.
I have forgotten which survey starts on the 2nd and unlike in the past they have not sent a reminder message/email.
I have recently carried out correctly and unaddressed surveys so both are showing in my left hand column.
Wondering if there is an actual survey about to start.0 -
I'm feeling hacked off with the new website.
I was going to spell out the problems (plural) with this but if I did it would identify me to the Wolverhampton office (if they cared to read it).
I've got a lifetime of postage stamps now so think it's time to call it a day.0 -

On the contrary, every time there’s an increase in cost of stamps (the price of them had just increased again ,) all the more reason to continue doing the surveys in my view. I do wish they would sometimes include second class ones though. We have a huge Christmas card list for which they would be useful.
I,v been doing the surveys for quite a long time and have accumulated a collection of special sets of stamps for which I really have no use as I’m not a stamp collector. I,d much rather have second class stamps which ai can actually use.
What have other people done with their special collections ?
