Got a really useful message from them today:
"Hello, We don't yet have all your data for some of the test items you have sent or received over the last two weeks. As soon as you have a moment, can you please check that everything is up-to-date? If you have any queries please visit our Help section. Thank you."
It would have been nice to have been given a clue as to what they think is missing!
Or are we supposed to be psychic now and know what items we're due to receive?0 -
I keep getting messages telling me I have unread messages on the postal platform but there's nothing there. I'm also doing the unaddressed survey and they say I have missing data, but I haven't received the items in the images so can't tell them that until the system asks me to confirm non-receipt as there's no daily entry to click on.0

You make a good point. Like you, there are two leaflets I have not received (there is a 'leaflet not received' button) but when are we suppose to confirm this? It's not clear.Sealed Pot Challenge No 089-Finally got a signature.:rotfl::j0 -

There is a confirm missing items button which changes colour when they want confirmation, I did one last week.0 -
I forgot my password (or it wont recognise it) and when I go onto "forgot password" and put my email in it says "wrong survey"! I think i will just wait and try later - it seems they are having problems0
