I'm becoming seriously sick of all the cubes now. I missed one last Thursday when I was at work, so had to drive to the sorting office to collect it on Saturday. this si the third time in recent weeks this has happened. Another one was delivered just after I got home again on Saturday then another one today. Luckily I was in today.

I also have a cube to post on Wednesday. I work in a different area to where I live and I just can't post the cube on any Wednesday because of my working hours. I won't be taking time off work to post a cube. Would anyone on here post it another day? I can post it any other day this week, but not Wednesday.

ive been on the panel 2 years now, and i'm in a similar situation as you, so i have always posted it on the nearest convenient day if i cant get there on the day, and it has never even been queried, so i wouldn't worry, i do my best, and they seem to be ok with that

The same has happened to me I stopped doing the main survey myself some years ago when my local Post Office closed but happily continued to do the correctly delivered every couple of months. There was no email about it or anything to let me know beforehand. I tried the contact us form on their website but it wouldn't submit so I've emailed instead and that's bounced back

Whenever I miss a cube/parcel delivery, I get them redelivered as the sorting is too far and has limited opening hours.

Yes, I only post cubes on Monday, Tuesday or Saturday (when I'm not working) as there is nowhere at work for me to store the cubes/parcels. If I have a couple in the same week, I post on the same day.

I was due to start a correctly delivered one so had requested a password a few days ago and got the same "dropped" when I tried to log-in - today they sent me the e-mails to log-in to the site which of course doesn't recognise the password and the previous one just gets the "dropped"- Cannot say I'm that bothered, just been doing the £5 correctly delivered ones for over 5 years as the stamps for the main survey are nowhere near enough reward for it.

Hi jools1985,
When I had this problem of not being able to get to PO on a certain day for a few weeks on the trot, I went the day before but after last acceptance time and when I knew the post had already been collected. At my local PO it's usually collected by 5.30pm but the last acceptance time is 5.17pm. Fortunately for me this PO is open until 6.15pm most nights of the week and so I was able to do this. The post obviously goes the next day anyway once you miss the last post, so maybe this might work for you?!!

Did get email as above to log in, like you password failed, sent for another & account is still showing 'dropped' :mad::mad:

Wonder much time they've wasted on this 'event'
