Is the daily prize list still there hidden away somewhere? I know it's a bit sad but I look forward to checking it!

Hi All

I'm new here and you all seem to know what's what.

I applied to be on the test panel a couple of months ago, received a link to try, clicked it the following day only to be told I was too late and the quota was full.

Fast Forward to today and I received 2 emails from RoyalMail team PostalPanels@kantartns.com that went straight into spam so I googled the TNS link in the email and it brought me here.

Soooo, does this mean I'm on the panel? Or maybe I got the emails in error since they seem to have set up a new site in the last few days?

I foresee one problem with future invitations to participate in studies. Previously you got an email into your normal IN box so could spot it fairly quickly

Now I imagine any such invitations will come into the Messages Section on the new portal so if youre not currently engaged in any surveys where you have to input information in on a daily basis I suspect you are likely to miss seeing any invitations.

Or have I surmised wrongly on this one?

I,m too busy to remember to log into a website every day; Just in case an invitation might have arrived so I suspect my participation in studies may well trail off in the future.

Hi there,
Best way to find out might to be to try logging in with the details in those e-mails and sending a Message from inside the account They may well have set you up an account even if there wasn't space for you on the main survey. If so, that will still be live because you may get invited on to the Unaddressed Mail and Correctly Delivered surveys in the meantime. Lots of info in this thread about those as well.

Ok so ive read about the post box problems, ive tried every which way to put the details in and it just says post box not recognised, i sent them an email 2 days ago via the messaging service and not had a reply, Any ideas?
ive photographed the box and have the numbers off it.

Hi everyone.


I applied to become a secret poster (or whatever they're called) and received an email back saying they did need peeps in my area and they'd send me something. That was about two years ago, and I then heard absolutely nothing.


Today, out of the blue, I've received two emails giving me login/password details. Is this normal?

If you read the blurb from kantar on the home page when you log in it tells you that invites to surveys will still be sent by email.

If you are on break from the survey, you don’t need to log in to see if you have messages. Invites to re-join will of course be sent via email, and the system will also send a notification to active panellists if they have unread messages on Postal Platform. These messages will come from PostalPanels@kantartns.com, so please make sure that they don’t end up in your spam folder.

Are you entering it as AA99 space 123 ? It is not case sensitive but one space is important, no space or 2 spaces does not work

Can someone please explain in easy terms what this exactly involves? Does one get paid in £ or in stamps? I don't even remember applying but obviously I must have and like others have just received a couple of emails. We have actually moved house since I applied so would need to inform of new address but can't see how to do that on the site. Thanks for any info.
