My current period on the panel is coming to an end so I got my presentation pack last week - it was the FA Cup one..

I noticed the stamp values where the ones pre price increase!
Because that Pack was issued in March - the prices went up in early April.   The first pack to have £1.85 stamps in is Unsung Heroes: Women of WW2 issued in May.
I need to think of something new here...

Has anyone not had swap out stamps returned to them, if so how long did you leave it before you asked RM about it?
I sent stamps to them on 12 May and have had nothing back yet ...

Mine took exactly seven days after they got delivered to them , all perfect including cost of Special delivery postage.
You should have received them back by now I would have thought .

Correctly Delivered Survey invite just pinged up on the app - accepted in 30 secs.   (I'm in London - may be a local offer).

That's a day after I've finished one - which was awfully easy work last week .... 0, 0, 0 for 5 days in a row.

I've returned home after posting a sack of 2 cubes.
I was standing in a queue at a WHSmith branch for exactly 30 minutes.
(Actually in 2 queues as an employee moved some of us to another queue which moved no better but was greatly helped by at least two people ahead in "my" queue giving up and leaving the PO.)
It's a pity people who simply want to post something are in the same queue as those wanting passport applications checked.

Awful , not worth your time .
Our post office before long is taking on a lot of the work from the closing banks .
It struggles now so will be a nightmare in a couple of months

Also pinged and made the error of clicking reject rather than accept!

People who have started to send their stamps back using the 'swap out' scheme.  How did you do it please ? Have you got the correct stamps in return ?  I am a bit concerned how many to send at any one time in case they get 'lost' in the mail.  Sorry to be so cynical but any envelope with the swap out address on is going to be a prime target for light fingered people.

@WWDG i sent 37 first class stamps (figured i'd do a test run, and will likely use any remaining non barcode stamps before jan anyway). Printed thr form off, filled in, posted off and got my sheet of 37 barcoded stamps no issue.
