On 28th May I got my first posting pack and my first test item is to be posted on 8th June.

With the posting pack came 12 first class & 4 first class large letter stamps (plus a presentation pack).

Can anyone tell me when to expect my next monthly (12 + 4) stamps please? Have I already received June's, or is this first lot of stamps in addition to the monthly stamps?

This time I am going to make a note of all received as I don't think I received all that I should have done the last time I was on the panel.

    TIA. x

I got stamps for June at the end of May so I think thats what you have got. Next ones will be at the end of the month. Was there a slip in the envelope saying when they were for?

Hi Lesley, many thanks for reply.

An A4 letter in the posting pack welcomed me to the survey, thanked me for taking part and explained a few changes, then stated the following:

"In this pack you will find 12 1st Class and 4 Large Letter stamps, together with a Royal Mail presentation set of stamps - these are intended for your personal use as a 'Thank You' for your help.

Each month we will send you a further 12 1st Class and 4 Large Letter stamps. You will take a 6 month break after six months of participation, and in your final pack we will send you an extra batch of stamps together with another Royal Mail presentation set".

June stamps for the majority were sent out first week in May, I got mine 7th (I didn't actually get them, just the note included in the posting pack !) so I would expect July stamps in the posting pack you receive around 11th June.  The first (and last) stamps are additional to the normal cycle so it all depends on dates whether you get extra.

What do you do when you have just started a correctly delivered survey and are called away, so you will miss the post for 10 days?

    a) make up the numbers
    b) use the ‘unsure’ category for the total post that arrived in the week and leave the other days as 0.
    c) something else.
I’ve messaged Kantar to say I will be late sending the data. At the same time I noticed that they have sent me items to post, even though I told them holiday dates a few weeks ago!

I told them months in advance of a one-week holiday.  They did schedule one postbox item to be mailed on the first day of my holiday but this was actually OK as I could put it in the box early that day. I was actually pleasantly pleased that there were no survey items received while I was away.

I have today received July stamps, so I got Junes stamps late, I know my local delivery office is still having problems.

My current period on the panel is coming to an end so I got my presentation pack last week - it was the FA Cup one..

I noticed the stamp values where the ones pre price increase!
