First time I sent a parcel bag, they asked me what they were meant to do. I helpfully explained I didn't have a clue either so they gave it back to me unstamped. I did wonder what would happen if parcels went awol, with no proof of anything,Busylizzie said:I've used 3 post offices. First one insists I thread the black tie through the manifest. Second one keeps it but just separately. Third one stamps it and gives it me back!!!!!!!All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Hi, I don't have that phone number, but I do have the webform link, it is royalmail.com/swapoutsupportTopher said:I successfully swapped out over £200 worth of stamps, paid £6.85 for delivery, received the replacement stamps to the exact value of what I'd swapped, but didn't get the £6.85 refund for my postage costs. I found a phone number - I think someone on this forum had helpfully put it in a post. I contacted a help line via the number, got assurances that the £6.85 was going to be sent. The story goes on with two further phone calls, acknowledgement that I'm entitled to the refund each time, but no refund. I've now lost the phone number to call back. Has anyone on here tried this and got the phone number please. I'm determined to try again and would appreciate the contact details. I have scrolled back, but not found what I'm looking for.
I had stamps go missing. Reported it via that form, had an auto acknowledgement the same day, a human reply the next day, and replacements for the missing stamps two days after that. Whoever looks after that webform seemed very efficient.2 -
Has anyone queried this with Kantar? Still waiting for points for above survey.daydream_believer said:Has anyone who did Unaddressed Mail Survey Starting 25th April not had the reward points yet?
I am just about to start week 2 of the next unaddressed survey and have normally had the points from previous waves uploaded by now.0 -

As Honest John above says they currently have an issue with uploading reward points, I'm also waiting for points for posting cubes on 16th & 17th May.Venezia said:

Would it be acceptable for me to post a mailbag at the PO and then post a test item letter in the box outside the same PO? The mailbag has 2 parcels in it, so that would be a total of 3 test items at the same location.
TIA for any replies. x

Yes that will be fine - post offices and post boxes are classed as separate locations, you just shouldn't post letters in the box that is actually inside the post office for some reason. I do this quite often - post a parcel in the post office and a letter in the box outside - never had any complaints or queries.

When I use the app at my local post office it shows 2 locations. One is the post office and the other has the post box id.Saetana said:HomingPigeon said:Would it be acceptable for me to post a mailbag at the PO and then post a test item letter in the box outside the same PO?
