One side has the big prepaid label they've started sending out on cubes whilst the other side has the smaller label you get when buying postage at the Post Office. I hope this sender realises they've spent £3.20 for no reason at all and won't be compensated!Yes, that is confusing but surely the big white label with address and postage marked already on the cube is a big hint that it doesn't need more.I'm now wondering if it was one that should have gone in a mailing bag but the Post Office refused it without? It asked me if it had either type of postage on the box when recording it but they didn't have a option to tick for both!0

Did you message TNS too? (Again I think I would have done unless the system had queried the postage stamp.)1 -

Did you message TNS too? (Again I think I would have done unless the system had queried the postage stamp.)I went with their prepaid label and it asked me to log the long number from it.I did think about it but then forgot, now the box and papers have been taken in my recycling so I haven't any details to pass on to them. I'm not sure they would have gone to the trouble of investigating anyway as it's been hit and miss when I've told them of stuff before.1 -

I've told them of a RFID received without an R-no label which would have enabled them to trace the mail item but they didn't respond. But about a week later they asked to check that I had recorded everything received. They don't do this with me normally so I believe it was because they couldn't be bothered to check records and therefore will have decided that an item had been lost by RM when in fact it was the person who posted it who had made a mess of it.4 -
Looks like final RFID received and returned...now just waiting for my closing presentation stamps. Expecting I may have to chase for those.

I did message Kantar with details of what I'd done, but just got a message come back saying "thank you for contacting us. We will put a note on our system regarding the below information". And that's it.
I hope that maybe I will receive another letter in the meantime, so I can use the card from that!Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.672 -
Todays joy was an envelope with the posting details written on the back & containing the wrong label inside.

I don't know if this will work BUT ....
... have you tried logging the 2nd letter AGAIN but the CORRECT RFID ?
It might ask you similar "Are you sure" questions but at least your spare RFID would end up in your stock.
Just a thought.
