Kantar - Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel

I don't know, kerri, but as Kantar tell us to use the details shown in our online instructions, it seems a bit lax of them not to do the same when labelling a test item themselves. I do think it was just an oversight on their part though.
When this has happened before (with letters) I've just stuck the label on and posted it off, but I felt it worth querying for a parcel which appeared to be going to a private panellist (looking at the address label) but appeared to be going to a company (looking at the online instructions).
I like to think they have everything spot on, perhaps this is because many years ago I was shown round the Returned Letter Section of the Royal Mail and it was quite an eye-opener. In those days it was nicknamed 'heartbreak corner' due to the amount of mail that was incorrectly addressed and therefore delayed or undeliverable.
But as mentioned earlier, it is probably me that reads too much into these things. :0)1 -

There are no other companies (that I can see) at the address. It's just a house within a row of houses. The R-number label that goes in the parcel doesn't show the recipient's name, or a company name - just the (correct) postcode.
This is the first parcel I've posted in a mail bag, but I recall a similar query when posting a letter a long time ago. In that instance Kantar told me to use their printed address label, even though it didn't quite match up to the correct postal address, as it would be up to the recipient to report any address discrepancies when logging the received item.
That seemed a bit 'wrong' to me, but maybe I care too much about these things. :0)
Thanks for replies, all.

Hi GG, on the label you are referring to, a person's name is shown, along with a company name, but the printed label that Kantar has stuck on the cube just shows the person's name (company name missing).

You may have hit the nail on the head there, GG, it might be to do with space on the label.1

I’m back on the panel. I see we now have these postal bags for 2 cubes. On my first day back I have 3 cubes, two in a postbag to post before midday and one on its own to post after midday. Despite being a bit much for my first day back I made two trips into the post office. Kantar have paid me 200 points. Under the old system I would have got 600 under the current scheme 400 but they say I only needed to make one trip. They refuse to pay me another 200. Are they right? Ive said I cannot do cubes then I’d be worse off travelling into town twice for £2. They’ve asked me to use a big post box but it’s in town too. They say they really need someone in my town to do cubes. I’ve said pay me my points properly then!0

They really need to sort out this AM/PM thing on the posting schedule as it has not applied for years.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. The Before/After Midday thing is silly especially when posting cubes at a main Post Office and letters at Post Boxes which have a 9am collection time.2

Are we saying then that we ignore the am pm and they are saying I should have posted them altogether. I’ve always followed the schedule.1
