Todays low from TNS this time.
A parcel to post to a house at the other end of my street with the same postcode.
So that just won't be happening as the people in the PO would be a tad confused.

You just have to smile and say " Oh, am doing a favour and posting for a friend.  Didn,t notice the address". Embarrassing if post office counter clerk knows where you live though !

Looks like final RFID received and returned...now just waiting for my closing presentation stamps. Expecting I may have to chase for those.
I have already received my presentation pack and last 2 books of stamps, as my stint is due to end.  I still have a letter to post on 01/07 and 09/07.  My letter for 01/07 is prepared but I don't any more RFID's available to use for the 09/07 one when I come to prepare it.  I made a boob with logging my received mail last week, I received 2 letters on the same day and when I was logging them, I accidentally entered the same RFID number for the 2nd letter, I saw the message asking me if this was right, but I'd clicked it before I realised I'd made the error.  This means I have a spare RFID card that is not in my stock.

I did message Kantar with details of what I'd done, but just got a message come back saying "thank you for contacting us.  We will put a note on our system regarding the below information".  And that's it.

I hope that maybe I will receive another letter in the meantime, so I can use the card from that!

I'd drop a brief message explaining the mistake to Kantar and then return the RFID as usual in one of the metallic lined envelopes.

I don't know if this will work BUT ....

... have you tried logging the 2nd letter AGAIN but the CORRECT RFID ?

It might ask you similar "Are you sure" questions but at least your spare RFID would end up in your stock.

    Just a thought.

Worth a try but I suspect that you would get a "this has already been recorded" message (picking up on the R-number) and preventing what would appear to be a duplicate entry.  I think that is what has happened to me in the past when I had been interrupted when entering data and wasn't sure which ones I had already entered.
I have already binned the stuff unfortunately.  I have since received another letter with RFID that is now in my stock.  I can't prepare the letter yet, as it's too far ahead, but I'm hoping I can use that one and they don't ask me to return it.

I have had local people in the same postcode area, but I don't post parcels, as I opted out of that.

Received my first pack after 10 months off. 2 easy envelopes for the first batch so I'm confident with that. Not looking forward to the new cube setup with sacks.

Thanks for posting UMS invite libra10. That new one will follow on nicely as I start another one next Monday - seem to be doing them each month lately.

I've been kept quite busy doing CD and UM surveys recently, and quite enjoy doing them.

Have also received an invitation to go back on the posting letters and parcels panel, but undecided due to how things have changed regarding sending cubes and parcels.

I usually post items when taking my dog for his walk, but don't want to leave him outside while I'm sorting out parcels.  Also, it's a village post office and the staff are quite chatty, and wonder whether they realise I'm on a secret mission!  :)

    Please can anyone advise?

I have a parcel to post in a mail bag. It has a printed address label already attached. The online addressing instruction shows a company name in the address, but the company name has been left off the printed address label. The rest of the address is correct.

Shall I just hand it over in the mail bag as it is (minus company name) or shall I contact Kantar about it?

    TIA.
