I am pretty sure I did not. I turned one invite down because I am going on holiday on Sunday and there are no items I am supposed to be looking out for,Saetana said:millie said:I feel like I have been doing the unaddressed survey forever. The end of last week was 5 weeks and I still have boxes appearing daily to fill in. Has anyone else had this. I spoke to them about it today and they just said to keep filling them in. It was a terrible line and could hardly hear what they were saying. I told them that I was going on holiday this weekend so will have to stop doing it as I won’t be home to do it. I had a message the end of last week telling me they had uploaded the points for the unaddressed survey from 3rd May to 6th of June. That’s when it should have ended so I am on my 7th week now.
I am also having this issue but I recall accepting two consequtive UM surveys - the five week thing is a bit of a pain.1 -
What a struggle. I had two cubes to post and they had labels on and was advised to post them in a parcel post box. Again they got stuck and they only way to put them in was to squeeze box down. Perhaps someone more knowledgeable than me can advise how to put them in the parcel posting box without doing this. Also because they had labels I could not post them in the local post office.1

Just received my final posting pack with a Paul McCartney presentation pack3

I have about 10 packs of presentation stamps so far. I'm hoping in time one of those may be worth a lot more in value.Anvil1 said:Just received my final posting pack with a Paul McCartney presentation pack0 -
Strange one this morning. A cube arrived with two lots of postage on it. One side has the big prepaid label they've started sending out on cubes whilst the other side has the smaller label you get when buying postage at the Post Office. I hope this sender realises they've spent £3.20 for no reason at all and won't be compensated!

They probably don't - and were misled by the fact that the posting schedule will have said "label" and the typed address label will have been on the label sheet alongside the R-no label. Clearly TNS's existing system has not been updated to allow for the change.Chocmonster7 said:Strange one this morning. A cube arrived with two lots of postage on it. I wonder was it a cube that has to be posted in a parcel box rather than at a post office? I keep getting notes in my cubes to say that parcel box parcels can’t be posted at a post office (and vice versa) because the postage is not valid when posting by an alternative means, perhaps meaning that the post office forced them to buy more postage, as they wouldn’t accept the cube otherwise?Chocmonster7 said:Strange one this morning. The only way I can get them into the Parcel box is too squash the box down.Money_Grabber13579 said:

I had the same problem with my first one but just left it stuck. I did check the dimensions afterwards and the cubes shouldn’t be too big in any dimension, so don’t know why they are getting stuck. Perhaps not heavy enough?CRISPIANNE3 said:
