I feel like I have been doing the unaddressed survey forever. The end of last week was 5 weeks and I still have boxes appearing daily to fill in. Has anyone else had this. I spoke to them about it today and they just said to keep filling them in. It was a terrible line and could hardly hear what they were saying. I told them that I was going on holiday this weekend so will have to stop doing it as I won’t be home to do it. I had a message the end of last week telling me they had uploaded the points for the unaddressed survey from 3rd May to 6th of June. That’s when it should have ended so I am on my 7th week now.

I haven't had any received post for a few days and at the moment my last letter to post is 1st July, but we'll see.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.672 -
It’s a bumper week for me, with the most items ever in a week. 5 items to post, 3 of which are cubes. Fortunately, they are all cubes that can go in the parcel boxes so that makes it slightly easier but still no clarification on whether we get paid for dropping cubes off in the parcel boxes (it’ll cost me more than £2 in petrol to get there…)Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0

I am also having this issue but I recall accepting two consequtive UM surveys - the five week thing is a bit of a pain.

I have a cube to post in a mailbag on Monday so decided to get it ready today, the two plastic bags were held together with a rubber band, took it off and out from between them fell a test letter!Have registered as unsure of when it arrived as I haven't a clue which day these did come. Sorry Kantar!0

Please could someone advise, I have 2 cubes to post in a mailbag and I've never done this before.
The instruction sheet tells me to tick 'Packet' on the tag, but there isn't 'Packet' on there (only Letter, Large Letter, Parcel) - so I guess I should I tick 'Parcel'? Sounds like a daft question but I am wondering if there is more than one type of tag for us to use, and if I've got the correct tag.
Also on the tag there is a space to enter the total number of bags....do I fill this in, or leave it for the post office to do it? Reading the instruction sheet, it sounds like I leave it blank.
Also, the collection date on the Sales Order Summary is a month earlier than the date that I'll hand the bag in - what shall I say if the counter staff query this?
Thanks very much for any help, much appreciated.0 -

Typical TNS - they don't check the words they use are the ones you find! However, I've always ticked the Parcel box.

I haven't had the problem - I would just say that's when the thing was organised and printed and it doesn't matter that the date is different. However, if they still challenged that I would keep the bag myself and then contact TNS. You would just avoid making a fuss to draw attention to the survey.
