Given that the information you need to put on the mail tag is included on the Summary and there is a bar code on it too, it must be the new name for the Manifest.
The Summary also includes a specific "Collection Date" which I believe is what has caused some recent problems with counter staff as reported by posters.
Perhaps Kantar will update their instruction document soon/
ETA - I've just looked on the website and found following comment in the Help section, "The Sales Order Summary or Manifest as commonly referred to ". So there we have it.3 -

I'm another who has a Sales Order Summary in the latest pack to send a cube in the bag. Confused me too but then that isn't surprising with what they are doing lately!

Yes, mine has a date in May too. Others in this thread have reported problems with some PO staff on this point. All you can do is try it and, if they refuse, contact TNS. Is there more than one PO you could try? Not necessarily on the same day but could you get to another one a week later?
Or can you use one of the new parcel post boxes (then you don't use the bag or manifest/sales order summary). But TNS really ought to be giving guidance on this.1 -

I had my first parcel to post in a parcel postbox tonight. Thought it would be easier than having to go to the post office, but it turned out not to be so. The parcel got stuck in the chute and wouldn’t budge. In the end, I just left it but someone might be able to get it out again with brute force, albeit, it will no doubt get mangled in the process. I hope we still get paid for these parcels…Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j4

I do wish they'd get on with issuing us those crystal balls so we can record stuff which hasn't arrived yet...We don’t yet have all your data for some of the test items you have sent or received over the last two weeks. As soon as you have a moment, can you please check that you have no items still to record? Please bear in mind, there might just be an item still on its way to you.3

It followed my having notified them of receiving something which had an RFID (gave them the 4 letters) but no R number label. If they had proper records they would have been able to connect the RFID with the mail and when I received it but it seems they don't do that and presumably report that RM didn't deliver the item.
I've also noticed recently that, quite often, RFIDs are physically in my stock but not listed online so I return them (no note included) and then they send more to me because they notice my stock to be low! I must have recorded the RFIDs as received with mail so why are they disappearing from the online records?2 -

This part always frustrates me, I now just delete this message. As anything, I can record I do so dailyFashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent
