    I've also noticed recently that, quite often, RFIDs are physically in my stock but not listed online so I return them (no note included) and then they send more to me because they notice my stock to be low!  I must have recorded the RFIDs as received with mail so why are they disappearing from the online records?
    This happens to my RFID stock, first time I thought I must have made a mistake, 2nd and subsequent I know it is them.
    All these errors does make me wonder how accurate the results are they pass on to the RM.

    I had my first parcel to post in a parcel postbox tonight. Thought it would be easier than having to go to the post office, but it turned out not to be so. The parcel got stuck in the chute and wouldn’t budge. In the end, I just left it but someone might be able to get it out again with brute force, albeit, it will no doubt get mangled in the process.  I hope we still get paid for these parcels…
    CRISPIANNE3 reported the same problem on 20 May but in that case said, "The cube got stuck in the shute and with force managed to retrieve it."

    Just had a phone call from Kantar questioning why when I've entered info via the app it hasn't always registered the time/date details using GPS. Had to explain that sometimes my dog refuses to stand still long enough if I'm posting whilst on his morning walk for me to click through the screens so I just note the time and do it later when I'm at home. The lady was very nice and said she'd put a note on my account explaining. Sounds like they aren't happy with how some of us are recording when we send items.

    I had an email from them today headed "Recording your sender items with verified data" because I am entering my sent items via the website instead of via the app.  The message also said if I don't do it via the app they may remove me from the survey.  I have only just re-started again after many years not taking part and that was after my first item returned!!  So I rang them and explained I do have the app, but don't have data on my phone and no wifi available near any of the postboxes I will be using and the  person I spoke to said he would put a note on my account and it should be ok cross

    Maybe they're just trying to improve or tighten up their processes, esp after the last year of wonky deliveries. There's no point in companies paying for this type of activity unless they can truly understand the data they receive and also gain insight into how they could improve in the future also....maybe 🤷‍♀️
