thanks

Hi,
You’ve recorded your first sender item! But it looks like it wasn’t entered in a way that we’d get the posting location and time verified. When you’re recording your sender items
- Use the mobile app to record them (download in App Store and Google Play)
- Make sure you’re connected to the internet while posting your item
- Allow the app to access your location (see ‘How do I enable location access for the mobile app?’ entry in Help section)
- Record your sender items while you’re at (or within maximum 50 metre of) your posting location
Please note, most (if not all) your sender items must be recorded following the steps described; otherwise we may have to remove you from the survey. And remember: register all your items using the app correctly to keep your chances of winning in our Prize Draws!
If you have any questions, please send us a message.

When you post items the night before (3 of the post boxes I use get emptied at 9am, so it makes sense to post it the night before). Do you record it as posted on the day you actually posted it or the following day, which would be the day on your posting schedule? Could it be that?

There’s something in either the survey guide or the FAQ explaining it. If you’re posting at night but logging it the following day, that’ll flag up as being incorrect. If you’re regularly posting on the “wrong” day they might get a bit concerned at some point. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

So I'm not sure what I could have done wrong. For each one I've used the App (IOS). I've saved the postboxes as favourites for ease.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.671 -

Did you record the posting whilst standing beside the post box. If not, I wonder if they didn't like it if you didn't use the app on you mobile phone to record the posting whilst you were standing by the post box using mobile data. They want you to spend your money and use some of your data allowance on your smart phone to record the posting whilst outside. I don't know if they intend to make this a mandatory requirement for future panelists as I see they threaten "we may have to remove you from the survey". As I record postings via my laptop when I get home perhaps I may get removed from the survey.2 -
it,s all very well telling people to record posting ti es on their ohone app at the moment of posting but I. Rough areas this risks yiu having yiur ihone snatchedby A passing criminal and I refuse to put myself at risk I. This way. I. It's the time of posting and enter it as soon as I get home.

I'm lucky and don't live very far from a postbox so can do it at home. It takes a minute to walk home after I've posted the letter and I'm sure logging it a minute late won't matter.1

I always record my posting times and locations at home on the website as I rarely use data for anything. To ensure my times are accurate I take a photo of the letter going into the post box which is time-stamped with the date and time.
I would be willing to use the app if we were reimbursed for using data, until then no.Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent
