Kantar - Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel

Regarding the app heading towards being compulsory - I thought when they launched it that would be the case. They started off making it completely optional, and reminding us more and more often that the app is the best way to log our mail. Now its they would rather the app was used for most postings - full compulsory use is clearly not far away. Not an issue for those who have contracts (I pay £6 per month for unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 2GB data) but, from what I remember, its expensive for those on PAYG. When I last used PAYG it cost 50p a day minimum for using any data - panel members who only use PAYG will likely have to consider if it is worth it for them, considering the expense, once the app becomes compulsory. I have no problem with using the app to log when I post as I live in a pretty decent area - but I would not want to have to do everything on the app, such as item preparation, as I have a dinky iPhone SE and the screen is a bit too small to use for everything related to the survey. My sympathies to those of you who live in dodgy areas where you are worried about getting your phone out in public - really not sure what the solution is for this problem, there are areas in my city that I would never get my phone out in public.

I can’t enter RFIDs on the app for some reason, it turns to ‘none’ when I hit apply.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Have had “your password has been in a data leak” when I went to log in. The password was given to me by TNS - do I just change it or will that cause problems1

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.3 -

Edit - Found it. I assume you’re using an iPhone.

Hi I am due to post 2 test items on Monday and Tuesday but have not received anything in the post. I have just had my delivery and nothing from them. if they arrive on Monday I won't be able to post them in the allocated time eg before last collection as I will be in work. do I post them when I get home from work(providing I have received anything). not sure what I should do, I will probably drop them an email but thought I would get a faster response from here 😅
thanks
