hi I know I am using the app, because I use it at the postbox when I post my letters!. I have the 4 boxes on the dashboard but just no QR underneath. I did download the app from the app store as instructed by Kantar.  I checked on my tablet where I have the older app and the QR codes are on that one. so the only thing I can think of is the one I have on my phone is the more up to date app, as this is the one they sent me the link for 3 weeks ago.

Not for me.  Nothing on the app under the boxes - apart from the newsfeed which has appeared on today's update - no dashboard messages at all.

I think what quioa is saying is that you can’t see the late posting pack info on the app, (or on a browser on a mobile because I’ve just checked.)
It may be that now newsfeed  is on app we will see any messages as of today, but for anything more than that at the moment you might need to use a laptop and browser.

in case people have missed the announcement in the run  of today's other bad news about job  losses, Royal Mail posted today that that the cost of postage will rise yet again from January 1st.

first  class stamps will  rise by an eye watering 9p to 85p

Second Class mail increases  by  1p to 66p. so those free stamps which come with the long term survey will be increasingly worthwhile having if you're a big stamp user.

What usually happens if you receive your posting packs late?
I received the stuff today and I've only just had time to look at it - one envelope should have gone yesterday and one today.  I've usually had a few days notice. Granted I could have sent the one today, but never imagined I would have missed the deadline.
