sorry I have just gone onto the help section and it says post them the next day or the week after. thanks for the advice

Yes, ideally you should post them on the same day/time next week.

I thought I was logging into app but when I clicked the link it looks like the website! I downloaded the app from the app store so don't understand, I click on the app but now i see it is taking me to the link u have posted, very confused, what am I doing wrong??
