Me too.  I,ve been accumulating the reward points since the system went all electronic but not really sure to redeeem them.  For the nin techies like me they're a pain.  Would make life much easier if I could just trade them in for cash !
Once you’re registered with the perks site. it’s very straightforwards. Clcking on the kantar rewards tab takes you straight there then you check the balance and choose which ones you want. I normally wait till I’ve got something I want to buy in mind. Then with the evouchers they email you the codes to use. I presume the non e-versions are posted to you.

As an aside, is anyone else finding the app keeps signing you out? It’s a pain when I’m posting something and can’t remember my password - for some reason the password saver on my phone isn’t working for their app.

  • So after 6 months you are taken off automatically right? Then take a few months break and are invited back on automatically, or do you have to reapply?

Depends on the level of demand in your area.  I did 4 or 5 years at 6 months on;6 months off.  Then left the panel as I changed workplace and couldn't easily deal with cubes any more.  Applied to go back when I started WFH this summer and nothing....
I need to think of something new here...

Maybe they haven’t people in the office to receive the post from the training exercises.
Could be that they are only inviting people back who they judge don’t need (re) training.

App won’t let me enter R numbers now. Anyone else having any problems with it?

hi I am on training at that moment and just had an email saying 'I'm doing great' and will be receiving some stamps soon. they said I will be receiving larger items soon and if I haven't opted out of posting cubes, I will be receiving some. how do I opt out of cubes? am i allowed to or will they take me off the panel? trying to avoid going into the post office( and shops) as much as possible and wondering how I go about this?
    thanks

Log in and send them a message.  They can accommodate people not being willing to go to Post Offices during the current situation.

thanks for that, I just didn't know if it would affect me going on the permanent posting after my training.

.... we just had a large letter take 8 days to arrive to someone in the same city as us. :D wish the chip could show actual item tracking because I am very curious if they are accidentally rerouting all our mail through the North Pole or something...
