Same here. I'm so fed up. This whole chain was angled on completing end of March, and with the stamp duty extension our vendors seem to think they have all the time in the world now. We are waiting for one land registry query to come back on our vendor's purchase, which means I can't do any chasing, only waiting, and I feel so sad and anxious about it all. I want to pack but I feel like it's all going to fall apart so can't bring myself to do it :(
Same too. Waiting on my partner's buyers search - no idea why theirs isn't due back until next week when they were first in the chain and everyone else's in the chain is back (same area). Makes me nervous, and we daren't pack anything in case it all goes wrong. I'm still chasing, because our need to move is more urgent and we're stuck in the middle of two chains of three, so I'm trying to make sure as much as possible is done now ready for that last search so we can proceed.

Same, it's the bottom of the chain's searches we're waiting for....I think they are the ones using the online conveyancer so think they are generally being slower. We're the same re packing....as in we daren't (we've been here before with chain 1!). But have been trying to keep busy sorting and packing bits to go in the loft ready to just come down when the day final arrives! I hate the waiting. I want a date! So disappointed I won't be spending Easter in my new home, now starting to get a bit worried about my mortgage offer expiring end of May, which wasn't something I was even THINKING about in Nov!

Us neither. Seems like so long ago now! All my stuff is packed and in a storage unit, as I had to move out of my rented flat earlier this month. It's my partner's house we need to pack, he won't even start sorting and he's been here for 15 years so there's a lot to do!
Oh well, my solicitor said she is waiting on one last enquiry from our seller's solicitors before she can report to us, so I've put a chase on it myself. They are with Strike, which is handy as I can just email our contact there and she always responds and chases quickly. At least that will be another baby step closer.
