but, past caring really - if they actually communicated properly and did as they said, then I wouldn't have needed to, the impending threat of homelessness makes these crazy things happen. I can understand the going insane thing, this process really is the worst.... hope you get that exchange date really soon!

We knew this would happen, imagine if the stamp duty holiday wasn’t extended, we would have to find an extra £15k for stamp duty, our exchange was set for the 12th March and now still not happened and still waiting for one final enquiry for our buyer, ourselves and our sellers are ready and packed, this is getting so frustrating!!Was emailed by the solicitors yesterday and we are probably now looking into early April 😓0
