Good luck to all those exchanging and completing - how exciting!
I'm about to become a thorn in my solicitor's side. Basically my ex, who lives in the house we still own together and are selling, has decided to stop paying the mortgage on it. So now I'm having to pay that as well as my own accommodation costs plus my storage unit fees. I'm going to try and push next month's payment date back in the hope that we can complete by then, as I can't afford to keep paying both and I can't miss a payment while trying to buy my own house or it's goodbye new mortgage. So I'm going to have to do everything I can to push every day to get this house sale through within the next month.2 -
