Hey!
Also in the waiting game.
New build bought off plan.
Initial Deposit Paid 15/12/2017 (yes really)
Original Anticipated Completion Date: 27/03/2018
Been delayed 5 times since, and now we are finally nearly over the last hurdle. We're waiting for the CRL New Build Warranty certificate to be issued (been waiting 2 weeks now and its meant to take a max of 3...), and then we will exchange and complete.
Developer thinks he will receive it end of this week, so we are hoping to exchange on Friday and complete on the 29th!!0 -
Update from me...FTB.
Into week 31 since offer and we exchanged yesterday.
It's been one hell of a journey but completion due 25th.
Looks like next week is going to be exciting for lots of people here!0 -

Our seller went into sols yesterday to sign all the paperwork on their onward purchase (signed everything for the sale a few weeks ago), we are ready, and our buyers are ready. Told exchange should happen either today or tomorrow, and complete next Friday 29th. But I'll be a lot happier once we have exchanged... watch this space!0

Good luck Sophie! We are hoping for 29th too but just spoke to the EA and she said that the sol for our purchase hasn't reviewed the last enquiry response yet  Hopefully they will get to that today and we can exchange tomorrow - fingers crossed!!0
