I’ll certainly stick around after completion as I’m rooting for you all to complete ASAP too, I feel like this is a therapy group now 😂
Best of luck to everyone3 -
Another day waiting. First thing this morning, EA at top phoned to say they'd heard everyone was good to go and hoping to exchange today. New date agreed down to bottom of chain. Once again zero response from EA or solicitor at bottom - they just don't answer phone or emails or call back.2018 - £562 2019 - £130 2020 - £276 2021 - £106 2022 - £1400

@1616six and @julicorn thank you both!
Chased EA we are buying through today. They said vendor still pushing for a pre Christmas completion so they are chasing outstanding issues
Also chased solicitors dealing with purchase to see if we are any further forward. They have confirmed that responses to the 2 outstanding enquiries now received - being reviewed by solicitor but the signed transfer form we need from the previous owner hasn’t been received yet.
it’s being progressed and apparently the previous owner has been spoken to on the phone.
just wish this would be sorted now!1 -

Can anyone tell me who would pay for a certificate from x company to satisfy the below:
RESTRICTION: No disposition of the registered estate (other than a charge) by the proprietor of the registered estate , or by the proprietor of any registered charge, not being a charge registered before the entry of this restriction, is to be registered without a written consent signed by X management company
seller or buyer?Thank you0 -
I just heard from our solicitor - she seems really positive. Still keeping those fingers and toes crossed
"The Title check team are due to carry out their final title report and raise the final enquiries tomorrow, once this has been done they will also send you a report, once the enquiries are responded to from this report then we will be ready there is still a very good chance for the 19th!"

Lovely to see a lot of you have exchanged/completed! Congratulations to all of you who have.
Still in limbo here. Still yet to receive the tr1 form and contract (had to be posted out to us, I can only presume postal strikes are playing a part).
Still one outstanding enquiry regarding s106, which seems impossible to find. EA has been away for a week, she emailed me yesterday to say she has been chasing and is still hopeful we can be tied up before Christmas. Buyers are really keen to get in before Christmas so I can only hope we can all try and push it along. Good luck to everyone waiting on some news!1
