    Trouble with giving ultimatums you have to have the nerve to follow through , if not then you can become unstuck .

It will all happen and you will have a massive weight lifted ! Have you spoken about any potential completion dates ?

    Yeah, they have gone with it. They are selling two to buy one so I think it logistically it's made more sense for them to rent.

    We are supposed to be completing tomorrow. But we ain’t now I’ve said I’m seriously considering pulling out all together.

    Why are you not completing if you've exchanged?

    Deposit monies are with the solicitor now so expecting exchange tomorrow for completion next Friday 🤞🏽This is the furthest we’ve got when discussing exchanges the last however months it’s been! Felt a bit sick transferring the money across 🤢
