@HopeAndDriftWood 💛 Too much stress for you. It sounds as though your agent will do their best to get you over the line. Really hope they do.1

Hi all!
Revving myself up for another week... Our buyer text this morning that he last talked to his mortgage broker on Monday, who said his offer was ready to be released then, and his solicitor was Monday too, and she said she'd set aside Thursday to deal with it all.
I'm debating emailing our estate agent to say that if we don't have an exchange date set by Friday, we're going to need to pause this. I need to nest somewhere, my midwife is losing her mind that we're going to slip between the cracks if we move too late in pregnancy, and the stress is really affecting me. I really want the house, but I don't think I can push through forever...
As far as I know, the buyer has everything they need, and our sellers' mortgage offer expires at the start of the week after next. His sellers' expires just after that. I think ours will get an extension, but I feel like we risk getting to my due date and still being strung along...Signature down for maintenance :rotfl:0 -
Starting to hope; email from our solicitors saying enquiries are complete and asking about potential completion date. Have suggested 3rd November after checking with removal company. Hopefully things can arranged quickly.

It's Monday. 2 weeks since enquiries were raised. Will it be another week of radio silence? Or will I get some updates from my never-reply-my-emails-and-calls-solicitor?FTB on no chain house
