So exchange of contracts didn't happen today - feeling very frustrated about it all - this process has been going on for 19 weeks now and there are only three of us in the chain my buyer, me, and my seller who already had a house to move into.0

Sorry to hear that - we didn't exchange today either. What's frustrating me is that we gave authority last Friday, then there's an outstanding issue with top of the chain, then authority again yesterday and then radio silence today. 19th July - Problem with Proof of Deposit upload - reuploaded by Broker with narrative
19th July - Survey carried out
20th July - Offer issued - checked and confirmed by Broker

I just hate the lack of communication. At least if I knew what was going on and why, I could understand what was causing the one-off exchange. Ah well, time to forget about it and try to have a nice weekend!House_owner said:

which means if it’s 1st october that takes us to Christmas Eve for the 12 week mark!
it’s a new build but they don’t do the inside till exchange0 -
