Particularly because I'm a control freak and get uncomfortable when I'm relying on others to do something. I just want to get in there and get it all over the line.
I think there's a positive to chasing definitely - we've certainly felt like all parties are acting quicker and more decisively since we started chasing twice a week.
Although maybe wait a day or two... you want to put pressure on without looking like you're putting too much pressure on? Difficult balance but you want them to work hard, but not !!!!!! them off.0 -

If it was me I would not be happy as its not free to move removals. My removals are going to cost me £3500 and if someone told me a few days before my move that it needs to be delayed my answer would be 'no' not unless they would like to pay the costs incurred with the extra few days they want to stay in the house.1 -
I honestly think we're never moving. Just found out that our chain might not be complete after all. Our agent is digging, but at the moment the situation is depressing and incredibly confusing 😭0

Our sale uses 'hoowla' which has a dashboard but it relies on the Progression team updating it of course.0 -
