If it was me I would not be happy as its not free to move removals. My removals are going to cost me £3500 and if someone told me a few days before my move that it needs to be delayed my answer would be 'no' not unless they would like to pay the costs incurred with the extra few days they want to stay in the house.
Ive managed to get a quote for £2500 with vat and an armed forces discount for a 2 day 200 mile move, I have agreed to this with bells on

Been waiting 2 weeks now for conveyancers to do their thing. The EA linked tracker with the Conveyancer is absolutely awful and doesn't even work.
Waiting for enquires, due diligence and contracts.
