Been told everything’s on track for Thursday completion & once the whole chain confirms ready, exchange will be done (if not it’ll be simultaneous)0

Had an email from our solicitor today that they have had the draft contract from the vendors solicitor, and asking us to give the go ahead to start searches. Excited for things to start moving forward! Really hoping to be in early October, but that may be overly optimistic.

After getting a message from our seller as her seller is implying they’ve not exchanged due to us, our solicitor has confirmed they’re ready and dealing this afternoon!! I wish solicitors wouldn’t make stuff up to cause stress! Our buyers solicitor is also ready so definitely not us!!0
