I'm about to blow my top.
Would you negotiate (if you had already spent out £1500 of unnecessary repairs and taken a £15,000 hit on the offer) on:
"Need new fuse board" - when EICR has said electrics are satisfactory
"Geberit cistern is in sealed unit and needs making accessible with removable panel" - brand new bathroom. Specifically bought a cistern where servicing could be done from front panel.
"Survey says radiators are old" - evident on viewing and they work perfectly well
I need this sale to go through and the process is making me physically unwell, but in my mind the above are not defects, merely wishes. I have absolutely no money left and feel my generosity thus far (repairs above, leaving all appliances to be helpful etc.) is being taken advantage of.

@goodwithsaving - are they FTBs as it sounds like they may be? You need to politely decline and note everything is fully functional, even if not their exact taste preference. Hope you get it sorted x2

Perhaps the surveyor or solicitor have recommended this and the buyer doesn’t realise that they can make the decision to accept things will not necessarily be perfect and there will be things they want to change. Which is presumably why they offered less and you accepted that offer.
We offered a little below asking and offer was accepted. So when the survey came back with a few things that needed doing we didn’t go back and negotiate further as we had factored this in with the offer. There are things we want to change but I wouldn’t expect the seller to fund that.
I hope things improve soon.1 -

Thank you. I think my buyer is really pushing the luck. I'm so tired of it all0 -

They would probably die baldy if they saw what I was buying, just remember you can refuse to sell and put it back on the market, Id do this just to drive home the point they are taking the mick.1 -
Thank you @Monsternextdoor . What do you think about the cistern?
I'm exhausted. I can't go back to the beginning again. My sellers won't wait again though. I just feel battered....and broke0 -
Why do they need to access it straight away ? do they have a cistern fetish ? are they hiding stuff in there ?
Realistically they are picking hairs now Id go back and tell them its down to them to make the access as you feel that no matter what you do it won't be good enough for them.1 -
