    Here we go *sighs*

Just received our mortgage report though the post so was excited to check everything over and get it back… however!

There is a condition on the mortgage that my wife’s student loan is paid 30 days prior to completion which was never in the original mortgage offer - also the balance is about £7k short which doesn’t make sense.
There is no F&F document, No searches document, No Enquiries documents
All we got is the Mortgage deed and completion statement
    Assuming this is completely wrong.
Also the amount of misspellings of names throughout each page is shocking too.
Also they are asking for proof of fund that has been in a bank for 3 months.

    Help!
  • Huge wishes of good luck to everyone who is hoping to get things today. Fingers are crossed!

I'm hoping that my solicitor will kick into life tomorrow once stamp duty is over

Hope everyone who is trying manages to complete today.

We're bowing out. Our sellers have pulled out today. Game over.
And so it begins, think we are likely to see a few of these posts today and tomorrow. Really sorry that your buyers have pulled out. Take a breath and then go again if you feel you can.
  • I'm now down to 1 enquiry left to answer from the vendor. Slowly getting there!

So sorry to read this. Hope you're ok!

I'm waiting for the phone call I was told would happen today... hoping they are just busy finalising completions and I'll get a call soon!

Sorry to hear your buyer has pulled out. I’ve noticed this happening over the last few weeks, & more & more properties will be returning to the market over the next few weeks.
