We’ve just had confirmation that funds arrived to our solicitors and they are ringing the other side now to do the simultaneous exchange and complete
Whether ours can actually get hold of the other side is another thing all together6 -
Here we go *sighs*Just received our mortgage report though the post so was excited to check everything over and get it back… however!
There is a condition on the mortgage that my wife’s student loan is paid 30 days prior to completion which was never in the original mortgage offer - also the balance is about £7k short which doesn’t make sense.
There is no F&F document, No searches document, No Enquiries documents
All we got is the Mortgage deed and completion statement
Assuming this is completely wrong.
Also the amount of misspellings of names throughout each page is shocking too. Also they are asking for proof of fund that has been in a bank for 3 months.Help!0 -
Huge wishes of good luck to everyone who is hoping to get things today. Fingers are crossed!
I'm hoping that my solicitor will kick into life tomorrow once stamp duty is over0 -
