It's killing me today, I paid my completion statement fees Weds, all funds were confirmed and they attempted exchange Fri when there was an issue caused by seller's lender making an error!! Should have been rectified and expedited for exchange this morning.

Houses are packed and removals booked for Weds, trying to keep positive but feeling anxious and irritated now! 
Just.need.that.call.

My solicitors have sent the funds over, waiting for seller's solicitor to confirm receipt - you'd think I have a large chain .. there is no chain, it is just meeeeeee, little ol' meeeeeee. Give me my keys dammit!!! *and breathe, woooooosaaaaaaah*
