So I’ve got my boiler serviced by an independent gas person.Even though I didn’t need to.The last one is still well within 12 months.Today I’ve got 4 new / same enquiries as before.Like where does the water goes from my drain pipes from the roof ?To be honest I have no clue
I told them it goes under ground but that’s all I know.
Like where does it go ? I’m an end of terrace and I walked around and everyone’s pipe are the same. Then they wanted to see again the boiler installation papers , and the previous owner got new windows so the paper for that. I’ve seen my solicitors email and he did send these over 3 weeks ago. Then the other question is who looks after the public footpath ? According to them “the council” is not the correct answer ….
they made their offer in early March. Sent over the first lot of enquiries 3 weeks ago , and complaint about the boiler service 1 week ago , and today got these weird questions again. Some days I think I never going to get to the end0 -

Nice one @BountyBlink! Been waiting for this update from you! Enjoy that glass.
Well we are in self isolation at the minute. Meaning we had to push back our buyers survey until 1st July. That mid July date is getting pushed back it seems!1 -
trance_abbey said:I have officially given up hope of making the deadline. It's a bit sad (and rather expensive) but I also now feel remarkably more sanguine about the whole process... I've been living with long covid for the last 9 months and I've really got to focus on making things as stress free as possible for myself because I've noticed that my energy levels have tanked since I got really wrapped up in the sale. So the first thing to go is worrying about something that I can't actually control.I went to see the flat yesterday and spent some time mooching about the area as well and I'm totally in love with the area. It's tucked between ultra built up and fancy Canary Wharf and Stepney Green which is a really lovely and historic part of the city. And I'm less than 10 minutes walk from a city farm! I was so excited to get to pat some goatsAfter the second viewing I've decided I'm going to make a complaint to the homebuyers surveyor about their report - not only did they say that the wall was structural when it wasn't, and get me all freaked out about Japanese knotweed that didn't exist, they missed several blown double glazing units and a seriously dodgy hack job of ventilating the downstairs shower by roughly drilling holes through the wall. I have absolutely no faith in anything that they've written.
I do love that area near Canary Wharf, so congratulations for securing a place there! Sounds like your surveyor wasn't the best, I am no expert but it sounds like you might be able to put a complaint and maybe get some sort of refund? But consider carefully if this is going to pile up even further stress on your situation, it might be a subtle balance there.Debt free journey started 30/08/2023:
