Hi,
We are almost at completion for the property we are purchasing. Our solicitor has noticed that on the land registry paperwork it has the incorrect address..it says 26 instead of 28.
Please see attachmentThe owner is now applying to have this changed. How long does this normally take? Our solicitor said 10 days.

Bettybaker said:Wonder if somebody could help please? We sold our house in March and going through the process of conveyancing! We are hopefully nearly at the end but, have one final enquiry to resolve. The final enquiry is about a small
strip of land that has been bought by our local council at some point in the past. This is between our front garden and the road. The block of four terrace all have this same arrangement with each strip in front of each house having its own boundary / title number. The deed for this strip clearly says we have full right of way over it (you couldn’t get into the house if not!).The buyers solicitor are asking why this strip of land has its own title, why it was bought and when. Can you provide this information or any advice of who can?Our title number is GM143158
strip if land GM207542Thank you for your help and sticking with the long post! You’d have to contact us to enquire re the paper records

Zetlandroad said:I completed on a flat purchase at the beginning of February but now six months on I still don't have the deeds (lease and update to freehold to reflect change in tenant in common). I understand that processing has recently taken up to five or six months for change in title ownership, so I should expect to receive the deeds imminently?“Official Company Representative

Just a question about timescales..
Partner has sold his house, his buyer has sold theirs however buyer had some solar panels on their property that were unregistered and need to be registered with LR before he can exchange contracts. Could you advise of the likely timescale for registration a) if the installer has not yet requested that the application is expidited and b) once they have requested it be expidited?
Thank you0 -
Hello, I am hoping the lovely Land Registry posters can help me as I am totally stressed about this issue. I sold my house over a year ago and the registry still doesn't seem to have been updated. I suspect it was complex and probably involved an amalgamation of two titles. The main title would have been EX932851 (along with EX939102). I'm so worried things have gone horribly wrong somewhere and I'd really appreciate it if anyone could give me some insight.0

We have a driveway with a neighbour that has not been used in over 40 years. New person has moved into house and wants to start using it. We always thought it didn’t have a ROW on it. I have both deeds and I can’t see anything about a driveway our ROW. Could this info be anywhere else? My neighbour says he got the deeds changed and he had proof but won’t show me.
Title number: NT59841 For my neighbour deeds

Nothing has changed since it was purchased
I’d recommend seeking legal advice re what your options are here especially if he won’t ‘share’
