They are two adjoining plots of land.I'm at the moment wondering if it is possible to get this merged together and reclassified under one Title (new or existing). If possible, what needs to be done and what is the cost? Many thanksI saw on one of your previous replies that there is a back-log at LR. If I complete my house purchase in the next month, how long do you think it will take to get officially registered at LR?

I'm in the process of buying a flat in London. I am interested in two currently, both large houses split into two flats but one is leasehold and the other share of freehold. I've been trying to get as much detail about the leases via the estate agents but am having little luck with any clarity. I thought the next best step would be to purchase copies of the lease of each from the Land Registry. But I'm a little confused about a couple of parts of the OC2 form.
It asks for the "title number" which I don't have and am unlikely to get out of the estate agent. Can find this elsewhere or if it can be left blank?
I am also a little confused about section 7 "I apply for official copies of the documents listed below" - am I just putting 'lease' here or is it more complicated than that?
And can you give me a sense of how quickly I could have these copies once I've submitted the forms?
Thank you! You’d use OC2 to apply for a copy of th3 specific lease
Applications take a few working days to process
Thanks for the link, I found the properties but there is no mention of the title number. There are two sections listed; one is the freehold and has three documents available - 'title register' , 'title plan' , and 'flood risk indicator', and the other is the leasehold; but clicking this just leads to an "sorry, there has been an unexpected error" message.
Do I need to pay £3.00 to get the title number? Or is it available elsewhere?

Thank you! Last questions -- so in the OC2 document I've filled in section 1, 2, 3, 4 (and include a cheque) 5, and then in section 7 I've put 'Leasehold Register' under "nature of document", the date listed on title register under "date of document" and them the title number again - is that correct? I then just sign and date section 8 and post to you, right? I assume it cannot be emailed?
Thanks again!0 -

And this is posting a hard copy only? There is no way to do this online?0 -
Hi, we are in the process of selling our house and we're almost due to complete, however the solar panels on house were not register on the Land Registry (solar panels installed by A Shade Greener). Our solicitor has asked A Shade Greener to register them as the buyers mortgage company require this to be done. Can I get the Solar Panels registered myself and if so, how and how quickly can it be done? We were expecting to be completing in the next few weeks and don't want the buyers mortgage offer to expire as we had to wait for lockdown measures to ease before we could progress. Your help and speed in response would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.0

Can I do this myself or does it need to be A Shade Greener?
Is there anyway to get it expedited?0 -
