NM glad you're getting sorted. Maybe the doctor you can't stand felt guilty after messing you around the last time? In any case, good to be on the way.
Greenbee, I hope the test goes well, or at least in a manageable fashion. Your travel list sounds like my wishlist!Softstuff- Officially better than 0070 -
Morning all.
Greenbee, I find your itinerary horrifying. Much as I like to see different places, the getting there and back really puts me off. I loathe and detest travelling. I hope you are paid very, very well.
nm thank goodness something is working out well. Fingers crossed 're the flat.
Gosh it was cold last night. I had my first hot water bottle for ages. It was gorgeous.

In the plan so far ... Orlando, Austin, Chicago, New York, Portland, Seattle, Denver, Atlanta, Sao Paolo, Barcelona, Stockholm, Copenhagen... and not in that order (or ANY logical order). Also need to work out how to fit in HK/Manila again and somewhere in the middle east.
Thankfully the job is not as intense when travelling as the previous one. They let me sleep and eat and exercise and I even have time to go to the toilet!
Ah, not too bad then......:D
monnagran Yes, it must have been chilly - the heating came on this morning!0 -
Greenbee, I got tired just reading your post! So glad I've gone part time this year with no more travelling.Spend less now, work less later.0

It was so cold last night we resorted to putting the electric blanket on. Brrrr, we must have had quite a lot of rain last night. I left a mat our by mistake, its wringing wet!! Over the line to dry off.0

I just need to get these forms filled in and I may get a flat fairly soon as there is one going on a small scheme right on the edge of town. It is nice and quiet and has all the amenities I need. DS may not like me being that far out but He could probably get a lift to near by if he comes straight from work. DD will like it because it is easy to get to from her direction.
It could have gone of course I could even have a little dog when I feel up to walking one.
LW you are sounding a lot brighter. If your weather is anything like ours you may be back from your walk. We did not get any April showers this year but we are certainly getting them now, really heavy but short lived.
And lets hope this flat comes to fruition. *Crosses everything*.
Thanks, I'm holding up ok; now Mr LW is on the Sinemet Plus, he's not doing too badly. If I could only shake this constant exhaustion, we'd be getting somewhere.
Cookie-Dog makes a big difference though; it's hard to be sad with a big, bouncy, over-affectionate lummox of a Staffie in the house. She's here for another week. :T
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -

I've been out all day today and have been home for about a hour and my house is so cold,my fingers are freezing,I can't put the heating on because the thermostat has broken and I'm still waiting for the electrician to call me back and arrange to fit me a new one and besides it's still AUGUST so I shouldn't need my heating on yet,I have a halogennheater in the loft,I might have to get that down:eek:Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1200
