Fuds - NEVER EVER think that the c!othes you wear define you as a person - NO ONE has the right or power to diminish you. The trials and tribulations you have faced over the years demand the utmost respect which I know you have from all of us.
NM fingers, legs, eyes, and everything else crossed for you xx
    LW - Happy Birthday xx
Saw Nursie this morning - who got second opinion from Doctor - massive chest infection so strong AB's ( the infections massive not the chest!) Hoping for a quick improvement.

Do not get so excited girls It may be all for nothing. As it says in capital letters.

THIS IS NOT A FIRM OFFER OF A PROPERTY, SO PLEASE CONTINUE TO EXPRESS INTEREST IN OTHER ADVERTISED PROPERTIES.[/QUOTE]

    Happy Birthday, Polly.

Everything crossed for you Nursemaggie. Surely this must be "the one".

A much more pleasant temperature here, today. Had a decent night's sleep last night. Hopefully it's heading north for you Polly.

He'd already be in the cut if I was you Hester. I have no patience.

Well I thought I'd laughed enough for one day and then I come on here . You never know what you will read next :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
NM I feel the fact you are now getting more priority up the lists is a positive . If you get this property fine but if not there will be others and everyone here is hoping and wishing for the best outcome soon .

Thank you for the cake and good wishes . I have planned my witness statement should the police come looking for Hester . We were all here , you may be excused SS as that would have been a bit impossible without a tardis . The noble Hester was making bunting with others , monna was supervising the cooks in the kitchen , Lyn and others were foraging for salad ingredients and Mar was tied up in a corner as there's lots of wildlife here . Everyone else can choose their roles . Oh MMF you could be creating art . If we all appear totally normal and quite dignified the officer will escape quickly ( you aren't allowed to run after him Hester , fur coat and no knickers will ruin the plan and a suede corset could find us all banged up .

I was given 12 of my original lavender candles today so we're ok for a while .

When I got home earlier I managed to send a pot of chilled tomato and basil soup all over the fridge , floor and myself ! I'd reached in for something and somehow knocked it out . It landed upside down and went everywhere . It know smells like a soup factory .

Back in a bit . I'm thirsty all the time . Have you seen the fire over at Rivington NM ? Seems it's near the Winter Hill Mast . We used to roar up and down there in the 60s on the bikes . I know the weather can't be accurate with predictions but I keep checking the next 10 day forecast and there is no sign of any rain .

It is better to light a single candle than to curse the darkness.

There but for fortune go you and I.

DH bought me a day at Betty's Cookery school for my birthday one year. It was lovely spending the entire day baking. We had a nice lunch as part of the day too and tea and cake in the afternoon.

Polly It's all this crossing everything that made me think of it. They all die when that happens and I would not want to lost any of you.

Mardatha are you OK? We have not heard from you in a couple of days.

Happy Birthday Polly, hope it's been a good day for you.

Gosh monna and nm, here's hoping you are both successful. I quite enjoyed showing folk around my home, made me feel proud of my achievements (not sure everyone else appreciated them though!).

It has been very hot here, 32.5 degrees which is very unusual for the west of Scotland.

School's out! We broke up today at 1pm, most staff were in the pub by 10 past. I felt very old saying I had to go and water my allotment! I was going to have a celebratory drink here at home tonight but I've rather gone off the idea now.

Don't worry HH, we'll all have differing alibis for you, you have the patience of a saint.

Oh no, who was it mentioned Susie Watson? I had to go and look didn't I? Lovely stuff. Wouldn't trust my kids with a £21 bowl though.

Polly - abject apologies - Happy Birthday to you. I've obviously got my woolly head on.
I'm also imagining someone trying to untangle the rats tails knots of alibis for HH. On me 'onour m'lud - he slipped!
