Ah ha! Another suspect in the case of the Wrecked Garden Fence Caused By People Parking Their Hefty Bums On It.
Lamewolf, a police officer will be be knocking at your door shortly. You (and your bum) are required to attend an identity parade. One life - your life - live it!11 -
I turn my back for five minutes, OK, 11 hours if you're going to be picky, and suddenly the place is full of soggy bums. Obviously standards slip when I'm not standing here issuing detentions left right and centre.
And for the information of anyone casting covetous eyes on my hot waiter, he is under my personal supervision at all times and only given free times once every seventh week if there is a K in the month, and then only between the hours of 6.00 and 6.30am. Feel free.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Where have you all come from? I confess I've slept most of the day away but it looks as though the return of the Fencers is the answer to the sleepless nights lately. That doesn't sound right but you know what I mean.So soggy bums and splintered bums it's great to see every one of you.I'm not sure there are any police officers left to knock on anyones door now. A few seemed to go missing over the years. Now wondering what happened to the one with his dog Mar seemed to take possession of at one party did she leave him up the hill when she moved or fetch him and his dog to the wee hoose.Must have been hard moving the heffalump freezer. Did you move under cover of darkness Mar? At least we know the location of the hot waiters. You need to get them in action Monna- moving the stuff I mean, that kind of action.I'm going to read through all your posts. Today , well what's left of it is my birthday and you're all a very welcome birthday present. Never change, not a single one of you.pollyxIt is better to light a single candle than to curse the darkness.

Morning all,
Happy belated birthday Polly! I hope it was a pleasant day.
Mar, I think the bits of elephant skin in your teeth might give you away. Blur or not.
Maybe we need to get the hot waiter(s) (I'm sure there used to be a whole slew of them!) to take down the old fence and erect (Hester!) a new one with a bench seat either side. We could then have a narrow ledge on top for resting mugs and cake plates.
That said, I'm pleased to find you aren't all sprawled out recovering from another bash. It is about time you lot learned to behave yourselves.
A few more days of the paid stuff but I picked another huge pile of strawberries last night. I'll sort through them on my lunch break. Any that need another day to ripen will be put on the kitchen windowsill and the rest divided into eaters and jammers. The jammers are put into the freezer washed, hulled and cut into reasonable sized pieces until I have both the time and required quantity for a batch of jam.
Tonight's tea is a shredded salad with smoked tofu...except there was no smoked tofu in stock so I shall have to jazz up plan tofu. I'm sure I'll manage something.

Belated Happies Polly.
I've been lurking for quite a while & only posting occasionally. Yes, the garden fence is beginning to look a bit rickety probably from you lot trying to get to the hot waiters hiding behind it. Don't know about Monna clearing out closets in David's home, what else is she keeping in hers?.........just sayin. Sweet little old lady she ain't.
Fairy, I put a row of strawberries in and I've had about 7! I did find a self sowed wild strawberry, I split it into 3 and they're going mad! Sods law!Small victories - sometimes they are all you can hope for but sometimes they are all you need - be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle8
