The RV should be VERY afraid.
Morning all.
I'm a happy bunny this morning. Grey skies and rain. Thank goodness no one will be jumping up and down and saying that it is a glorious day and we can all GET ON.
I've done all the GETTING ON that I intend to do. From now on I'm STAYING PUT.
burtha you amaze me. I was at JohnO'Groats a few years ago. What a disappointment and how commercialised. Still, I suppose the people have to make a living and exploit whatever means they have to hand. Enjoy yourself burtha, and make sure that you get back home in time for tea. Chocolate Mountain is somewhere around John O'Groats, so you may be able to have a sustaining hot chocolate to see you tackle the journey to wherever you are heading next.
THOUGHT FOR TODAY
Teach your daughters to worry less about fitting into glass slippers and more about shattering glass ceilings.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Have trouble remembering how to fly.15 -
That is a fantastic Thought Monna, wish I could show it to every teenage girl I know14

Hello all, just back from our jabs, didn't feel a thing and excellent service. Downside is we learnt that DH's jab may not be as effective because of his cancer meds
However he will ask his oncologist at his next consultation in March. I agree it was a tiny needle too.
Ming lovely fence. Would you like the fencers to decorate ?Monna I too am loving the lockdown and dread going out. I had to steel myself to go and get my jab this morning. I don't like the light mornings but I like the lighter nights, so I don't know whether I am half a mole or not.nanFailure is simply the opportunity to begin again, but this time more intelligently11 -
Half moles can join our Mole Club too. I asked the fencer to give me a mural of a camel train crossing the Sahara, with an oasis and maybe a wee pyramid or - but they declined. Boring!

We go for a walk every day unless the weather is just too bad, we're lucky to have a couple of decent 3 miles and a bit walks that are mainly not in built up areas and one that goes right through a very large new estate but we seldom see anyone there at the time we go. We don't go into the village and we so 'slalom' crossing roads as we walk and avoiding being on the same side as anyone else out walking. I relish the lighter mornings and evenings because it means with the weather warming up I can spend more time in the garden and have all the windows open upstairs where we live. I can't think of anything that would make me willing to go into town or a restaurant or anywhere that had lots of people even having had the vaccination, I think it's safer to keep our distance and wait it out to a time when covid IS controlled and there are drugs to treat it with that give a real chance of survival, until then we'll keep ourselves busy and occupied and have to be patient.6

I like the light that means I might actually see some before and after work. I've just taken a quick break to put the bins out, and managed to stuff some more things into the garden waste bin as it was just warm enough to be out for a few minutes. No walks here, as my exercise tolerance has vanished - the OT I spoke to today says that's normal and to ignore anyone who tells me that exercise will help. I can get fresh air by opening windows or going outside, but only when it is warm enough for the cold air not to be a problem. Monna would like her
My pink willows are looking pink and fluffy (and will probably generate complaints from next door who will tell me that willows aren't supposed to have pink flowers), birds are chirping noisily, and water levels are rising...13
