House Elf, I'm so sorry to hear about Rosie.SSue, so glad you are being looked after, but also so sorry it adds to whats going on,
1 The house is cleaned, vaxxed, hoovered and mopped it is clean for 5 mins,
2 Cranberry cupcakes cooked up using what we have in.
3 Pork roast with rosemary cooking through for later.
4 Various washing loads hanging out on the line, duvet, towels etc.
5 Remembered to pay the council tax, I suppose I’m not surprised there is no relief on that given the bizarre world today, a pleasure it's done.

Fabulous vjsmum we’re onto remote vivas here
get well soon suffolksue
a strange day due to hearing of dear friend’s death this afternoon. Must be able to think of 5 good things
1) my sister sharing a memory of 1 year ago - an amazingly appropriate cartoon for my friend’s Passing - I shared it with fb friends
2) dd2 showed me how to allow others to share more widely, which they had. Honestly, the cartoon really couldnt have been more appropriate!
3) dd2 making a very sticky yummy cake. I could tell every drawer she’s opened after lol
4) FaceTiming mutual friends - although we’re remote there was much love and laughter shared online
5) finding Jamie Oliver’s new series on channel 4. I am definitely going to try the tagliatelle

3) Went to the farm shop to pick up our order.
4) Had a camp fire on the allotment.

Bonne nuit.
Thinking especially of you Sue. Accept every bit of help, for YOU. Thank goodness for your son.
Frith - Worcester's archaeological sniffer hen is absolutely today's best poisson d'avril. Just right - plausible, steadily-written, perfect pic.

Take it easy, SuffolkSue, and thank goodness for good family and friends.
My pleasures today -
Usual peaceful time in the park with dog.
Seeing foliage and early blossoms on the little plum tree in the garden.
Home made shepherds pie for lunch.
Random lunchtime conversations. Son mentioned about an April Fool thing going around about a lasagne the size of Wembley football pitch. A few minutes conversation and a calculator later .....did you know such a lasagne would have over 53 million calories?
Seeing the series Years and Years is available on Iplayer. I persuaded son to watch first episode with me. He is now hooked. We will watch second episode tomorrow.
Finishing off Life on Mars and starting Ashes to Ashes. Good yarns with fab 70s and 80s music.
Lying in bed, Classic FM courtesy of Alexa, large gingerbread cat at foot of bed, dog outside on landing, small tabby and white kitten coming up for a snuggle. One life - your life - live it!8 -
Good morning. Yesterday was a bit blah so I took myself to bed early. Had got a bit more fence painting done hoping it’s not washed off in the overnight rain. Hopefully be a bit more productive today.Five for yesterday. Birds. Bees. Daffodils. Cheese & onion crisps. Dog cuddles.
sue please take care of you. And accept help. Sometimes it’s hard when you’re a ‘giver of help’ to be a ‘taker of help’ and sometimes you just need to say do you know what? That offer of **** would be great just now. And I know we are in unusual times but people will still help . Rest up and recover x
HE sorry to read of your wee doggy. Think of happy walks and happy moments. They really are part of your family and leave their paw prints on your heart 🐾🐾🐾🐾9
