Yesterday - and at least one day before! Don't know what day it is!
A kind chemist who sorted out my prescription so that I could get my much needed inhaler
A new resolution to email or write to everyone on my Christmas card list. One new person per day. Enjoying the replies.
Using my bread mix bought in case we get snowed in! Snowed in would be a blessing. At least it doesn't last indefinitely! Still, it was good bread!
Having a stash of tea, coffee etc ready to take to the caravan. Being slowly worked through.
Happy Tuesday everyone11 -
Good Morning Folks,
Belated Birthday greetings mhags, I need to catch up on all things OSP.......put some corners on my world.....Our beloved Rosie dog passed away on Friday night. She had heart failure. We had to bury her in the garden. We are all just sad.....
Looking for yesterday's pleasures...
1. I have finished making a baby welcome card. Now need several birthday cards, so can legitimately spend hours on Pinterest looking for ideas 😆
2. Watching Jamie's Keep Cooking programme..... Made the Cornershop Curry last night. Everyone ate well and enjoyed it.
3. Watching Escape to the Chateau DIY.........I hope you are enjoying your Boston and NY tour BoP. A couple of my favourite destinations too! Hoping for some Miami and Caribbean cruise weather in the garden this summer 😎
4. Watching the birds visiting the feeding station, and the squirrels trying to steal the nuts. We bought some binoculars and it turns out not all the visitors are sparrows 🤣...... Mrs SD, Our squirrels got a bit X rated yesterday 😱
5. Sowed some mint from a kit. I don't usually have success with sowing seeds, but have got cucumber, squash, tomatoes and sweet peas in pots in the extension. Planted out potatoes and broad beans on Sunday and will plant peas and mange tout today. I usually buy little plants from B&Q.
Have a lovely day 🙂In a world where you can be anything, be kind. (Caroline Flack)
We have more in common than that which divides us. (Jo Cox)11 -
For yesterday,
A big old pigeon balanced precariously on a branch with a beak stuffed full of nesting material.
Did a small top up shop for fresh, relatively quiet and calm although some people’s idea of 2 metres is baffling.
Tuning into Northern Soul radio and having a good dance around the kitchen, much enjoyed by small dog.
In need of comfort food so tea was a baked potato with cheesy beans.
Finished one book and started another, suspect my goal of 20 books in 2020 will be hit around July.14 -

Dig inn.
Nows as yous are aware, BoP has divided his yard inn too holiday areas, yesterday I cleared up Boston and Rockport, today I went south to New York. So here is the café on the High Line from May 2017!
Nows on with your version of the Life of BoP
Just bin inn our plaza for BoP's lunch, of snorker role, toms and a biscuit. Water has been drinked. Yard looks good now as Boston and New York cleared. Also did where the bins of garbage are, that is California, so you can work out how BoP's Yard is cut up! Will be somewhere else tomorrow!
Watched another flix on the net last evening. Second Act. Cocoa was drunked and buttered marmite crumpets ated. We are a bit backlogged with the challenge of uni, so I thinks catch up nite is inn site.
Raffles is perking up well, I was doing the crossword on the app this morning and he decided not! Bother thing with his tale. Still was a tad difficult this day, but I completed with a look into the grate liedepedia things.
Has decided that we are reverse brakefesting this weak, with toms, snorker, best back and mushrooms for dinner this evening. Poached egg as well.
That is all for your version of the life of BoP
Keep safe and get R to under 1

I’ve been lapse and I think now is more important than ever to post.
1 Something came up on ebay that I have been keeping an eye out for at a sensible prise for a long time, I bid and won it but I’m not sure if things like this can be posted at the moment.
2 Our bedding is hanging out on the washing line, the first time this year.
3 The oven is deep cleaned, I’m a little disconcerted by how much it needed a clean, still tis done.
4 I am thinking of taking a calculated risk and ordering in a contact free take away tonight, and also microwaving it when it gets here, I’m not quite sure yet.
5 watching a magpie having a drink and then thinking sod it and using the bird bath.

Hello. Self isolation officially over. Hurrah! However having been out and about this evening it feels decidedly safer at home!More painting done ( and managed to source more paint this evening to keep me going till it runs out) it looks much better than the undone fencing,
Using up kind of lunch.Dry and mild with the occasional blast of warmth.Dog had hurt his paw so had to do a video conference with vet then a drive by to pick up meds. All rather bizarre but glad of technology to be able to do so. He’s wearing a cone of shame.
Nice chat with friend.
Went to supermarket this evening. Not everyone taking the social distancing seriously ( including staff in that! ) first thing I did as soon as I got in was scrub my hands,
Petrol is cheap. There’s blossom on trees. It was still light when we got home.14
