Tomato seeds starting to sprout.
Washing dried on line in glorious sunshine
Sincerely hoping that all those with coughs, headaches etc improve rapidly.

Hello all, been working since 7:30, haven't even got washed and dressed yet! (i am not good at discipline for home working - must try harder!) loving your posts. so far today
1) the sun is shining
2) lots of people helping people
3) my little sister has braved the shave for her 50th - as she is immuno-compromised had to cancel her hair appointment, but her husband did it for her instead. £670 raised so far and counting
4) just made crispy salami and tomato pasta dish for lunch - nom nom
5) my dd2 has reminded me to take some exercise so we are off to walk the dogs
love to you all xxxMrsSD declutter medals 2023 🏅🏅🏅⭐⭐ 2025

Much various - as for most of us and some shared devastation with others.
1. Huge trailer load tip run for some non-drivers yesterday and lovely help with it at dump. A huge ½-barrel there bought for £5....planting WILL be done:-)
2. & has regular dealings with vulnerable people. Being back renews this, but here we are. A real advance with 2 peeps and 1 other.
Very aware of recent French contacts, while also being careful here, hopefully.
Travel/age/proximity/transport/last weekend's partying+visites place & in 4 highest risk groups, supposedly....
3. Driving+shopping+2 appointments enabled for some peeps today and yesterday. The now cliché-d pics of swathes of empty shelves taken, but & has plenty of Enough+Very Healthy. It's how & lives. Not all of &'s contacts do, or can.
4. Enjoying the wisdom of:
"Staying in is the new going out" :-)
5. Knowing No Spitalfields demain is wise, despite need to earn.

Some thoughts for peeps on this thread have flown around and about - dfv, Sue, Mhags, Frith and France-based son of Frith, bop+bopsie, vjm's son....many more wider afield.
We are all still here and will continue to be so. All blessings - as Archers is about to blaze.
What on earth went on Ambridge-ly last week?
....and am just hearing crime victim Roy having a screech at Harrison.

Hello. Just done the doggy walk. Lovely hearing the birds and not too cold although I see the gritter lorry was out earlier.
started off wet then brightened up nicely with a cold breeze so washing hung out then later the most almighty downpour but then it brightened again. Almost dry though and finished off on radiators, but it makes me happy to get it out.
a friend on holiday near where I used to live and at a location OH and I used to go to. Was a nice thing to see first thing. Sent her a message to tell her so!Finished the downstairs loo.Chat with niece on phone. She dropped off some bits for me ( life essentials...chocolate and crisps!) on doorstep
friend called to see if I needed anything...caffeine free stuff please. Money transferred and drinks deposited on door step!Garden bin pulled out for collection in the morning.Son away to the mountains to self isolate. I’ll be back when my food runs out. Gave him the last cream egg! That’s motherly love for ya!DD2 still yukky but has just asked for pancakes so must be on the mend.10 -
Good evening all, so despite the phone call telling me I have no job for the next couple of months, I always try to look for the positve side of things and here are the pleasures for yesterday.....
Lettuce and rocket seeds are starting to sprout. I'm always excited when the first seedlings appear.
Project five is coming on nicely.
One of the ladies from work who hasn't been put on unpaid leave yet texted me for a chat (I'm not the only one laid off)
Lovely photo message by my sister of my great nephew dressed up for St Patricks day
Home Bargains looked like the grocery aisle had been looted. There was plenty of bird food though which is what I went for. Mealworms and suet balls for the feeders.
An extra one. My new neighbours who have been decorating have the cutest little dog. She sat with her nose pressed to the wire fence watching us while we were in the garden so we had to stop and have a chat with her.12 -
Vjsmum, wishing your DS an amazing 21st
SSue, glad you are okay.
1 DH and I went for a walk locally.
2 We sat out at a café and had lunch I suspect that will be the last for a long while, DH managed to get his hair cut also.
3 After today, we are now staying in, as many others.
4 Aw just had a treat of proper bread and anchor butter, very delicious.
5 Seeing the most beautiful little woodpecker feeding in the garden.
6 Reading all of your pleasures, during these unique times.
