Morning all.
The weekend again, the weeks are flying by.
Recent pleasures:
- Part 1 of the current round of dental work went ok, better for being done. Stitches pulling a bit but seems to be healing ok. Round 2 in November so no need to think of that yet.
- Little fella has settled well at big school and won Maths star of the week.
- Lovely autumn days and the nights are pulling in.
- Gentle strolls and chats with my boy.
- A weekend at home, first one since July. Following the dentist's advice to 'take it easy for a few days' I don't need telling twice so Saturday papers, books and my new AI history course are the order of the day. Funny how a subject you didn't care for much at school takes on a whole new perspective when you are doing it for fun! Fascinating stuff, I'm hooked.
Not a very exciting time here compared to some but happily plodding along with some satisfying pleasures along the way. Hope you find some this weekend too.
