    For yesterday,

Trip into horsey town for a food shop, have rather run stores down lately so a bit of a stock up especially on bread flour etc.

    Long chat with my bf.

With my girlie and her neighbour had returned from rehabilitation livery following an op on his spine, lovely to see him and his owner again although my contrary mare flattened her ears at him 🙄 He always stood next to her side of the box so that I could reach through and scratch his chin, he obviously hadn’t forgotten.

Driving home, the skies had cleared enough to enjoy the sunset.

Tea was rtc posh fish cakes with pea & leek gratin, trying to avoid too many carbs in the evening but had a square of dark choc as well.

    Pleasures for today (Tuesday)

    1) Not a bad sleep.

    2) Delivered leaflets for the forthcoming town council election. Listened to a podcast on my way round and didn't see anyone to speak to.

    3) Followed the MSE link and got a National Trust day pass. Smaller son is sometimes enthusiastic about a quick trip out.

    4) Went to see my niece for her 10th (!) birthday.

    5) Smaller son and I went to watch our football team. A rare loss this evening.
