Lainey - so sorry to hear this very sad news about your beloved dog. Since joining this board it has been evident just how much she meant to you and what a pal she was and it has been lovely reading about the close bond between you. Go steady and look after yourself x

I'm very sorry to hear about your dog, Lainey. I dreamed about my childhood dogs for decades after they went.
Pleasures for today (Tuesday)
1) Not a bad sleep.
2) I went to the local shopping centre to have my eyebrows and sideburns threaded.
3) Smaller son and I tried out a new (to us) community cafe run by volunteers and it was really very nice. The volunteer used to be one of smaller son's TAs but he stood up to this terrible indignity very well!
4) Popped to Sainsburys. Talked to my colleague about the fallout of Sunday (difficult colleague basically spontaneously combusting every 10 minutes at every other colleague, for 6 hours...)
5) Made HM coleslaw and wedges and we had these with a vegeburger for our tea.
6) We just walked to Tesco and back but the pavements were very icy.
7) Online order is coming at 10. We don't even have any milk until then!
